Wet-type ultra-fine grinding machine "Micros" (MIC)

It is a wet grinding machine using ring-shaped grinding media. It enables uniform dispersion and fine grinding of high-viscosity slurries.

Micros is a wet grinding machine with a grinding mechanism that is completely different from conventional ball mills and bead mills. The grinding ring, which rotates at high speed within the vessel while repeating both rotation and revolution, utilizes extremely strong compressive and shear forces when pressing the raw material against the inner wall of the vessel for grinding and dispersion. As a result, it has become possible to achieve fine grinding from several microns to sub-micron order in a short time of about 20 to 30 minutes, as well as grinding and dispersion of high-viscosity slurries, compared to other wet grinding machines.

Shock-type ultra-fine pulverizer "New Cosmo-Mizer" (COS)

It is a crusher equipped with a classification mechanism that utilizes centrifugal force. It can crush particles down to a size of a few microns to several tens of microns.

It is a dry high-speed impact crusher equipped with a built-in classification mechanism. The basic structure consists of a rotor with crushing blades and a classification mechanism, a stator, and a self-circulation circuit for re-crushing coarse powder. Since the rotor itself has a classification mechanism, it does not require a separate power-driven classifier. Therefore, the structure is simple and has excellent maintainability.
